LOTS is a eLerning platform which I’m working on for more than two years. This projects is going on in the Database Group Leipzig part of the University of Leipzig.
LOTS is used on daily basis by students of database and other courses. They solve there usual training tasks for seminars. LOTS took over the old paper based system. As it corrects the tasks automatically it saves correctors which could do some real work. Especially I was officially employed as such a corrector and developed LOTS instead.
I was not the only one involved in this project. Along with me there is right now the coordinator Mr. Dr. Sosna and in the past the students Jens Eckardt, Stephan Kühn and Martin Ockert worked with me. Today my only assignment is to keep it running and so some last publishing work related to the Open Source fork.
